4. Orders and Delivery
4.1 Digital Products
Upon successful payment, you will receive digital test instructions and access to our online portal. Physical sample kits (if applicable) will be shipped within 1–3 working days.
4.2 Supplements
Supplements are shipped via tracked courier services. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days within the UK. Delays outside of our control are not our liability.
4.3 Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our tests, we do not offer refunds once the test code has been issued or the kit dispatched. Refunds on unopened supplements can be requested within 14 days of delivery, at your cost for return shipping.

You must not misuse our services, submit false samples, or attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with our products or results.

13. Refund Policy
At Holisys Wellness Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness services and supplements. Due to the personalised and digital nature of many of our offerings, specific terms apply to refunds and returns.
13.1 Refunds for Wellness Tests (Digital & Physical Kits)
Digital Test Codes
Once a test code has been issued via email or displayed on-screen after purchase, it is considered activated. We do not offer refunds on activated test codes, whether or not the customer has used the code or submitted a sample.
Sample Kits (If Provided)
If a physical sample kit is dispatched as part of your order:
- You may cancel the order before dispatch for a full refund.
- If you change your mind after dispatch but before submitting your sample, you may return the unopened kit within 14 days of delivery. A £5 handling and postage fee will be deducted.
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned kit is received and confirmed to be unused.
13.2 Refunds for Supplements
You may request a refund for unopened supplement products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
